ABOUT THE STORES & PRODUCTS

Q: Why so many storefronts?
A: So you can choose where you want to shop. Maybe you have a favorite platform and want to purchase always from there, or maybe you want a specific product that another platform does not offer. Or who knows, maybe you already have another artist's design on your cart and want to purchase my design through the same platform to save on shipping fees!Q: Which platform is cheaper to buy from?
A: It really depends. They have a very similar price range, but more often than not, some of the platforms I work with will have special offers or a sale going on. I always make a post on Instagram when ANY of my storefronts has a sale, so be sure to check it out! @RheyaRobinsonQ: Any recs on what to purchase?
A: I'm very biased in my answer. I do have a few shirts and hoodies myself, and I love them, I really do. However, I always end up buying way too many button pins every time I order. They look awesome, and it's a fun way to carry artwork everywhere.Oh, and the tote bags? There is not a single design that looks bad on a tote. I have to stop myself from buying more, they look GOOD. Really good.With that being said, it's really a matter of preference. If you aren't ready to commit to a shirt just yet, you can always try it with other accessories. Redbubble might be a good place for you to start, as there are LOTS of options to choose from ;)

ABOUT THE GIVEAWAYS

Q: What's with the free giveaways on your Instagram?
A: From time to time I like to host a little giveaway to celebrate reaching a milestone and to give thanks to my supporters. Sometimes I only require you to comment or to fav the post to enter (without needing to be a follower), but other times I host follower-only raffles to show my gratitude. You can always see which one it is in my post description.Q: How often do you host them?
A: Not as much as I'd like to, not gonna lie. I try to host them when I reach a milestone (say, entering the 3k follower threshold, for example) to thank you for your support. Other times I might have an impromptu flash raffle, usually when some platform decides to do a sale and I want to feel like Santa giving little presents away.Q: Sooooo, what's the prize?
A: Sadly, I'm not psychic, and I don't know what's on the raffle by the time you are reading this. However, I usually try to raffle off a shirt of your choice and maybe a little extra. Other times I'm possessed by a crow spirit and I feel like gifting shiny little things to a group of people. So don't be surprised if you see me giving away stickers and pins to 4-5 different winners from time to time.Q: Can I enter if I'm from _________?
A: Of course! When I host a giveaway I always choose a platform with international shipping. I tend to use Redbubble or TeePublic when hosting one.Q: Do I have to pay anything to enter?
A: Joining the giveaway is completely free, shipping included. HOWEVER, in the rare occurrence that you have to pay customs or taxes, I won't be able to take care of that, unfortunately.Q: Can I have an extra entry? Pretty Please?
A: You can earn extra entries if the post description indicates so. One example is when I say "comment your fav design from my store to get an extra entry!", or even "followers get an instant extra entry". You won't always have this option, though. Every giveaway is different, so be sure to check the post description!Q: How is the winner selected?
A: Totally at random. I enter the names on a spreadsheet and assign a number to it. When it's time to select a winner, I let a random number picker give me a number from my list. Whoever the generator chooses, wins the giveaway. I always add a short video showing my screen with the selection process for transparency purposes ;)Q: I've won, now what?
A: First of all: CONGRATULATIONS! If you are the winner, please, check your DMs. I'll send you a message to get your preferred size and design, along with your shipping info. (I won't share your info with anybody, pinky promise!)

Sobre las tiendas y los productos

P: ¿Por qué tantas tiendas?
R: Para que puedas elegir dónde quieres comprar. Tal vez tienes una plataforma favorita y quieres comprar siempre desde allí, o puede que quieras un producto específico que otra plataforma no ofrece. O quién sabe, ¡tal vez ya tienes el diseño de otro artista en el carrito y quieres comprar mi diseño a través de la misma plataforma para ahorrar en los gastos de envío!P: ¿Dónde es más barato comprar?
R: Depende bastante. Todas tienen un rango de precio muy similar, pero recurrentemente alguna de las plataformas con las que trabajo tiene ofertas especiales o descuentos. Siempre hago un post en Instagram cuando cualquiera de ellas tiene descuentos, así que asegúrate de echar un ojo en @RheyaRobinsonP: ¿Alguna recomendación de qué comprar?
R: Voy a ser muy parcial en mi respuesta. Tengo algunas camisetas y sudaderas con diseños y me encantan, de verdad. Pero en mi debilidad son las chapas: siempre que hago un pedido acabo con varias en el carrito. Lucen increíble y es una manera única de llevar arte a todas partes.Oh, ¿y las bolsas tote? No hay ni un solo diseño que quede mal en una tote. Tengo que frenarme para no comprar más, porque son preciosas. De verdad, preciosas.Dicho esto, no es más que un tema de preferencias. Si no estás listo/a para invertir en una camiseta aún, puedes probar pidiendo algún accesorio. Redbubble será tu mejor baza para empezar, ¡tienen un montón de productos únicos para elegir!

Sobre los sorteos

P: ¿Qué es eso de los giveaway en Instagram?
R: De vez en cuando me gusta organizar un pequeño sorteo para celebrar haber logrado una meta y dar las gracias a mis seguidores. A veces sólo pido que comentes o que marques como favorito la publicación para participar (sin necesidad de ser un seguidor), pero otras veces organizo sorteos exclusivos para seguidores para mostrar mi gratitud. Siempre puedes ver de qué tipo se trata en la descripción de la publicación.P: ¿Cada cuánto hay sorteo?
R: No tantas veces como desearía, para qué mentirnos. Suelo hacerlos cuando alcanzo una meta (entrar el humbral de los 3K seguidores, por ejemplo) para agradecer vuestro apoyo. Otras veces hago sorteos cortos y espontáneos, normalmente cuando alguna plataforma tiene descuentos y quiero sentirme como Santa dando pequeños regalos.P: Entonceeees, ¿qué se sortea?
R: Desgraciadamente no tengo poderes mágicos, y no sé qué estaré sorteando cuando decidas leer esto. De todas maneras, suelo inentar sortear una camiseta a tu elección y tal vez algún pequeño extra. Otras veces me posee el espíritu de un cuervo y me apetece regalar cositas pequeñitas y brillantes a gente random. Así que no te sorprendas si me ves haciendo un mini sorteo regalando chapas y pegatinas a 4-5 ganadore/as alguna vez.P: ¿Puedo entrar si soy de _________?
R: ¡Por supuesto! Cuando realizo sorteos siempre elijo una plataforma que haga envíos internacionales. Suelo usar Redbubble o TeePublic en esos casos.P: ¿Tengo que pagar algo para entrar?
R: Entrar en el sorteo es totalmente gratis. Yo me encargo de pagar el/los producto/s y del envío. PERO, en la rara ocurrencia que tuvieras que pagar aduanas o impuestos, de eso no puedo hacerme cargo, desgraciadamente.P: ¿Puedo tener oportunidades extras? ¿Porfi plis?
R: Puedes conseguir oportunidades extras si la descripción del post así lo indica. Un ejemplo es cuando digo "comenta tu diseño favorito de mi tienda para ganar una oportunidad extra", o incluso "los seguidores tienen una oportunidad extra". No siempre va a existir esa opción. Cada sorteo es diferente, así que ¡asegúrate siempre de revisar la descripción!P: ¿Cómo se selecciona al ganador/a?
R: De manera totalmente aleatoria. Me apunto los nombres de usuario en una hoja y les asigno un número a cada uno. Cuando llega el momento de seleccionar el ganador, dejo que un generador de números aleatorio elija un número de los que hay en mi lista. El número que el generador elija, gana el sorteo. Siempre añado un mini vídeo mostrando el proceso de selección en mi pantalla para para ser totalmente transparente ;)P: He ganado, ¿ahora qué?
R: Antes de nada, ¡ENHORABUENA! Si resultas ganador, por favor, mira los MD. Me pondré en contacto contigo para que me digas la talla y el diseño que deseas, juntamente con la información necesaria para el envío. (No compartiré tu información personal con nadie, ¡te lo prometo!)
